As a native Arlingtonian, Michael has been raised in real estate. From his residential construction background with Dittmar Company to his founding of The Albrittain Group, Michael has over 35 years of expertise in residential real estate sales, new home building and renovations.
Drawing on his experience offering real estate services to Northern Virginia, Michael founded Dittmar Realty Group in 1988 and The Albrittain Group in 2010. Michael graduated from James Madison University and Bishop O’Connell High School.

Teresa has worked in real estate for over 20 years. Growing up in Vienna and graduating from Virginia Tech, Teresa knows and loves all things Virginia!
Her married life took her from owning a gymnastics and sports school in West Palm Beach, FL to a full-time U.S. traveler for two years, finally ending up in the North Carolina mountains forging a new career in real estate and an investment business flipping homes.
Returning to her roots in Northern Virginia, Teresa's love of renovating and real estate led her to join Michael's team at Albrittain Group Realty and Dittmar Realty Group.
